1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propsgh ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Propsgh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To use Propsgh, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

3 User Accounts

When you create an account with Propsgh, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide truthful and accurate information in your profile
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Propsgh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4 Property Listings

Hosts who list properties on Propsgh agree to the following:

• All listing information, photos, and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• You must have the legal right to rent, sell, or advertise the property
• Pricing must be transparent and include all mandatory fees
• Listings must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in Ghana
• Propsgh reserves the right to remove or de-list properties that do not meet our quality standards or violate these terms

Propsgh may verify listings at its discretion. A "Verified" badge indicates we have taken reasonable steps to confirm the listing's authenticity, but does not constitute a guarantee.

5 Bookings & Payments

Propsgh facilitates connections between property hosts and guests. When making a booking or enquiry:

• All financial transactions are between the host and the guest unless Propsgh acts as an intermediary
• Deposits, rental payments, and refund policies are set by individual hosts and should be reviewed before committing
• Propsgh is not responsible for disputes arising from payment arrangements made directly between users
• Where applicable, service fees may be charged for bookings made through the Platform

6 User Conduct

When using Propsgh, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorisation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

Violations may result in account suspension, removal of content, or permanent banning from the Platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on Propsgh — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Propsgh or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., property photos and descriptions) but grant Propsgh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

8 Disclaimers

Propsgh provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Listing information provided by hosts is accurate or complete
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

Propsgh acts primarily as a marketplace connecting hosts and guests. We are not a real estate agency, landlord, or property management company. We do not own, manage, or control the properties listed on the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propsgh shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of other users, including hosts and guests
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from transactions arranged through the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Propsgh (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

Propsgh may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
